Terms & Conditions – Anuradha Makeup Artist
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable advance payment of ₹10000 (or 30% of the total amount whichever is lower) is required to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, and cash. Other payment options may be considered upon request.
2. Changes & Additional Services
Once services are finalized, any additional requests (such as extra looks, changes in hairstyling, or touch-ups) will be charged separately.
If the client wishes to add makeup for additional people (bridesmaids, family members, or friends), they must inform at least 2 days in advance. Additional charges will apply.
Last-minute requests for additional services will be subject to time availability and additional charges.
3. Waiting Time & Delays
The artist will arrive at the agreed time. If the client delays the session by more than 60 minutes, a waiting charge of ₹100 per hour will apply.
If the delay exceeds 4 hours, the artist reserves the right to leave, and the booking will be considered forfeited with no refund.
If the artist is required to wait between sessions (e.g., between bridal makeup and a reception touch-up), waiting charges will apply unless pre-arranged.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation by the client.
If the client cancels within 7 days of the event, they will be liable to pay 50% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation by Anuradha Makeup Artist due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the advance will be issued.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide a clean, well-lit, and air-conditioned space with a power supply for the makeup session.
Delays caused by the client may affect the quality of service and are not the artist’s responsibility.
If the client has any known skin allergies or sensitivities, they must inform the artist in advance. The artist is not liable for any allergic reactions.
6. Travel & Accommodation
For outstation bookings, travel and accommodation must be arranged by the client or charged separately.
Bookings starting before 6 AM or after 10 PM may incur an additional fee of ₹300.
7. Photography & Promotion
The artist reserves the right to take before-and-after photos for promotional use, including social media.
If the client does not consent, they must provide written notice before the session.
8. Hygiene & Safety
The artist follows strict hygiene protocols. All brushes, sponges, and tools are sanitized after every use.
If the client has infectious skin conditions (e.g., cold sores, conjunctivitis), the artist may refuse service to ensure hygiene and safety.
In such cases, the advance payment remains non-refundable.
By booking services with Anuradha Makeup Artist, the client agrees to the above terms and conditions.
